Yes!Listen, this is the REAL deal. This puts Zrii ahead of all their competitors. This just changed the rules of the game. I’m serious … watch out because Zrii is going to attract tens of thousands of new distributors and customers overnight (and a lot of them could be in your downline).Get Paid To Lose Weight!Zrii has a contest going right now where you could win $5000 just by taking Nutriiveda and shedding some pounds.Hey, what a fun way of losing weight. Especially when you get to do something worthwhile in order to be eligible to win. For more details on the contest please visit http://www.zrii.com/.Okay, maybe you’re a little skeptical. I know this sounds too good to be true. You want proof that this new weight loss shake really does work, right? And that video only shows a handful of people who have taken Nutriiveda. There are many more with similar stories.Look, we all have excuses of why we are overweight. I know what it’s like. We keep telling ourselves that we will lose 5 or 10 pounds but it never seems to happen. We sign up for a gym membership costing around $700/year and only ever use it a few times.Or we buy the “new” exercise machine making a promise to ourselves that this time it will be different… but it ends up being tucked away in a corner in the basement.Sometimes if we get really serious we try to change the way we eat. At first, it seems to be going really good. Then, we get invited over to a friends house where they serve steak, potatoes, and pie for dessert. We tell ourselves it’s a “one time deal”. Except it keeps happening over and over again. Then as we go to bed at night the bathroom mirror reminds us of our failure. We haven’t changed one bit… despite all our good intentions we never seem to get rid of that dreaded fat.You know what I’m talking about right?Well, I’ve got good news for you! It’s NOT your fault. You know why? Because it’s not you, it’s your metabolism!Yep, that’s right. Think about it. When you were younger did you ever have a problem with losing weight? Don’t you remember when you could eat like a pig and never even worry about it going straight to your hips? But, then as you grew older it got harder and harder to keep the weight off. That’s because your metabolism slowed down. It’s really not your fault.Guess what?Nutriiveda is designed to speed up your metabolism. That means your metabolism is working to shed your fat while you work, eat, play, and sleep. Pretty cool, huh? But, what if you are in shape and don’t really need to lose weight; what can Nutriiveda do for you?First, let me congratulate you! You are truly a rare person in today’s society. Nutriiveda is designed to help healthy, in-shape people (such as athletes) maintain their current weight whiling enhancing muscular strength and tone.Don’t ask me how the formulators do it. They are geniuses. They’ve thought of everything!Oh yeah, I almost forgot. There are two flavors: Chocolate and Vanilla. The shake is in powder form and is packaged in a beautiful Zrii container that displays the Chopra Center endorsement with pride on the side.I personally like taking the Vanilla mixed with banana, blueberries, and using a milk of your choice (i.e. soy milk, rice milk, or cows milk). It tastes amazing! The chocolate one is great for on the go. You just add a little milk, shake it up and bingo- you have a great tasting shake ready to go to work for you.I also want to mention that apparently the chocolate shake has the highest ORAC value of any other product on the market (or so I'm told)! So if you want a high dose of anti-oxidants then you’ve come to the right place.Should You Still Take Zrii?Of course! This does NOT replace Zrii. In fact, the doctors said that it will enhance the effects of Zrii in your body. The best time to take Zrii is an hour after you’ve had the shake. Can You Order Nutriiveda On Its Own?Yes. Although, as mentioned above, it is recommended to take Zrii in conjunction with the shake to give optimal health.Nutriiveda is available now to order. You can get more details about the NutriiVeda on the website below.

Sincerely,
Rebekah
http://tinyurl.com/lonqan

What is Haritaki

All seven types of Haritaki fruit have their own unique look, flavor and benefits as well as anthraquinone-like (laxative) chemicals, tannins and astringents. Haritaki fruit is part of triphala, the three-fruit formula in Ayurveda. It is generally administered in triphala form rather than by itself to draw upon its tonic effects.
Haritaki has been shown to nourish tissues, particularly the heart, liver, and kidney. It is used to treat diseases of the eye (both internally and externally). In addition, Haritaki, by blocking the ability to utilize sugars, may help to eliminate bacteria and have cholesterol-lowering qualities.
It is amazing what a small little fruit can do to help us with our every day illnesses and even with our struggles with weight lose. I personally have suffered all my life with weight problems and could never find anything to work for me until I got into the natural ways of helping my body function. The plants traveled beyond Asia centuries ago and today are grown to some extent in Russia, northern Africa, southern Europe, the Middle East and the southwestern United States. Jujube seedlings, inferior to the Chinese cultivars, were introduced into Europe at the beginning of the Christian era and carried to the U. S. in 1837. It wasn't until 1908 that improved Chinese selections were introduced by the USDA.

Jujube is known to calm nerves. By grounding the fruit to a powder, small amounts can be used to promptly reduce the effects of stress and purify the blood. In addition, the compound called Ziziphin found in Jujube leaves can suppress the sweet taste in humans and Jujube fruit helps soothe the throat.

It is amazing what things that we find here on earth that can help us with healing, illnesses and even weight management. Amalaki (emblica officinalis) grows at the base of the pristine Himalayan mountain range in northern India. In its extensive collection of thousands of fruits and herbs, Ayurveda describes Amalaki as the single most important 'rasayana' or rejuvenating agent for promoting cellular rejuvenation and detoxification, immune function and increased vitality.

Backed by a 5000-year-old science, Amalaki has one of the richest and most documented legacies of any fruit known today. It has been revered in India as the "Great Rejuvenator," the "Nurse" and the "Fruit of Immortality" for centuries due to its numerous nutritional properties and its ability to nourish the body on all levels. The Amalaki fruit even has its own holiday in which families share a meal under its tree while giving thanks for the strength and luster promoted by the fruit.

In addition to being heralded for its youth-promoting and rejuvenative qualities, classical Ayurvedic texts describe Amalaki as a potent anti-inflammatory, digestive aid, elixir for the skin and hair, and metabolic enhancer. Over the past 50 years, Amalaki has been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies, which further validate what Ayurveda has known for over 5,000 years.

What nutritional components does Amalaki contain?
Unlike many superfoods being introduced today, the chemical profile of Amalaki cannot be limited to one star ingredient or beneficial compound. Instead, research has discovered an unparalleled spectrum of powerful anti-oxidants, polyphenols, tannic acids and bioflavanoids. Amalaki also contains a high concentration of amino acids, trace minerals and other beneficial phytonutrients.

Amalaki contains the potent phenolic combination of ellagic acid, gallic acid and emblicanin A+B. Together these polyphenols are important for reducing cellular and oxidative stress, destroying immune-damaging free radicals and supporting the overall detoxification of the body. The bioflavanoids, rutin and quercetin, and powerful enzyme superoxide dismutase also contribute to the overall anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and youth-promoting qualities of this remarkable fruit.

In addition to these anti-oxidants, the Amalaki fruit is widely considered to contain the most concentrated source of Vitamin C. The fruit is also host to rare 'mighty-molecules' known as ascorbagens. Part of the tannin family, ascorbagens create a protective bond around the Vitamin C molecules, making Amalaki's source of Vitamin C more heat stable and bio-available than synthetic varieties.

I do believe we have alot to learn from the science of Ayurveda and how it works. I think natural ways of taking care of our bodies can be just as effective as Pharmaceuticals (bio-chemicals) .

God Bless,

Rebekah

Tulsi-Ayurveda Herb

What is Tulsi?

Tulsi, also spelled Tulasi and referred to as Holy Basil, is an aromatic plant and, beyond its many culinary purposes, has particular spiritual relevance as well. Some Hindus consider a household incomplete without a Tulsi plant and still others provide structural spaces within the home especially for their Tulsi. In other spiritual practices, Tulsi is used to make necklaces.

What are the health benefits of Tulsi?

Tulsi is rich in antioxidant and renowned for its restorative powers, Tulsi has several benefits:
· Relieves stress / adaptogen
· Bolsters immunity
· Enhances stamina
· Provides support during cold season
· Promotes healthy metabolism
· A natural immuno-modulator

"Modern scientific research offers impressive evidence that Tulsi reduces stress, enhances stamina, relieves inflammation, lowers cholesterol, eliminates toxins, protects against radiation, prevents gastric ulcers, lowers fevers, improves digestion and provides a rich supply of antioxidants and other nutrients. Tulsi is especially effective in supporting the heart, blood vessels, liver and lungs and also regulates blood pressure and blood sugar.

"Believe me when I say, we have a lot to learn from the Ancients and their 5,000 years of naturopathic medicine. For the body, it is known to improve overall strength.

Schizandra may also help mental function and memory. It is used in many tonic formulations as an astringent, while in traditional Chinese medicine it is used to resist infections, increase skin health, and combat insomnia, coughing, and thirst. Modern Chinese research suggests that Schizandra has a protective effect and may help people with chronic illness.

Western herbalists commonly recommend Schizandra for the lungs, liver and kidneys, and to help with depression due to adrenergic exhaustion. In Russia, Schizandra is used to treat eye fatigue and increase acuity.

Just remeber to always consult your doctor before you try anything different.

I believe that anything natural has to be good for our body's and we can do good by them.

God Bless,

Rebekah

Turmeric-Ayurveda Herb

Turmeric

Native to tropical South Asia, Turmeric—often misspelled as Tumeric—thrives in temperatures between 20 and 30 degree Celsius with plenty of rain. After a process of boiling and then drying Turmeric in hot ovens, rhizomes are extracted from it, ground into a powder and used as a spice and dye. Curcumin, its active ingredient, has a peppery flavor and smells similar to mustard. Turmeric is used in many food products and can usually be found in curry powders.

Turmeric has demonstrated ability to compliment circulation and digestion. In India, it is used as an antiseptic to treat burns and cuts and Ayurvedic doctors value Turmeric for its fluoride. The United States National Institutes of Health is conducting four clinical trials to determine if curcumin is an effective treatment for pancreatic cancer, Alzheimer's and colorectal cancer. Curcumin has been used for thousands of years as a safe anti-inflammatory and may be an effective treatment for psoriasis. Finally, Turmeric has demonstrated some ability to help slow down the spread of some cancers.

I am thinking that herbs are a good natural way for us to flush our systems of bad things that we put in because we trust so much in Pharmaceuticals (bio-chemicals) . The stem extends roughly 12 inches above ground with long, narrow, ribbed, green leaves, and white or yellowish-green flowers.

For more than 2,500 years, ginger has been used to treat ailments and please the palate. Today the edible portion of the perennial plant is used worldwide in a variety of ways. In France they use it to flavor a liqueur and the United Kingdom produces a ginger flavored wine. In the Middle East, ginger powder is used as a spice for coffee and in the West, we use ginger to satisfy our sweet tooth in gingerbread, ginger ale, ginger snaps—even ginger candy.
Generally ginger is used to improve digestion, absorption and assimilation. In addition, ginger has been used frequently for dyspepsia and colic, to ease pain from arthritis, has blood thinning and cholesterol lowering properties that can help treat heart disease, and can be an effective treatment for nausea. Gingerols have shown evidence of aiding the movement of the gastrointestinal tract and have antibacterial, sedative, antipyretic, and analgesic properties.

Ginger also is known to have at least 12 antioxidant compounds and can also help with your oxygen flow in the human body.

God Bless,
Rebekah

Ayurvedic Medicine

I have been interested in ayurvedic medicine now for almost a year and the healing herbs they offer. So today I was thinking I would share what Ayurvedic Medicine is and how it works.

Ayurvedic means the science of life, and is probably
the oldest system of healing. It encompasses a
philosophy that is both subtle and complex. In
treating an individual, an assessment is first made
of metabolic body type or dosha. There are three
doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha, and the dominance
of one over the others determines classification.
Doshas are blueprints, or a health profile of an
individual, encompassing physiology, innate ten
dencies, strengths, weaknesses, and susceptibilities
to ill health. Once a diagnosis of the illness
has been made, the methods of treatment may
include cleansing the body of toxins, whether
of an environmental, bacterial or viral nature,
appropriate changes in diet, herbal and mineral
preparations to rebuild and rejuvenate body tissues,
and stress management through activities
such as meditation, deep breathing, and sound
therapy. The purpose is to balance the doshas
within the individual.

Several factors are believed to be at the basis of
physiological imbalance and disorder. There may
be a genetic predisposition to an illness that is
prompted by something in the surrounding environment
or triggered while still in the womb by
the activities of the mother. Individuals usually
have natural tendencies toward a particular habit
or behavior such as alcoholism, overeating, or
overworking. A disease may be the result of a
congenital defect acquired during development
in the uterus. Environmental pollutants, poor
diet, or eating the wrong foods according to dosha
type can cause illness; and each dosha may be
susceptible to seasonal influences. Other conditions
affecting health are physical and emotional
trauma, and electrical or magnetic imbalances
along the spinal cord.

The foremost characteristic of the vata metabolic
type is changeability. People of this type are
active, energetic, moody, imaginative, and impulsive;
prone to erratic sleep patterns, intestinal
problems, nervous disorders, and premenstrual
syndrome. There is a sensitivity to cold and dry
and their vulnerable season is autumn. Pitta types
are predictable, aggressive, intense, efficient, articulate,
moderate in daily habits, short-tempered,
and impatient. They tend to perspire more and
may be open to poor digestion, ulcers, skin
inflammations, hemorrhoids, and heartburn. In
summer they are sensitive to the sun and heat.
Kapha is relaxed, stable, conservative, with a tendency
to laziness and procrastination. They sleep
long and move, eat, and digest food slowly. There
is an inclination toward overweight, allergies,
sinus, and lung congestion and they are highly
susceptible to the cold of winter.

An important aspect of Ayurvedic medicine is
the categorization of food according to taste and
other inherent properties, then using that information
to establish the proper diet for each
dosha. Ayurvedic medical schools often teach
pharmacology and cooking in the same course.
Whether a food is sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter
or astringent, heavy or light, solid or liquid,
dry or oily as well as its hot or cold-producing
abilities, all have an effect on the health of an
individual.

There is also a consideration of food transformation
once digested, for example, from sweet to
pungent, as is the case with honey. Honey is
sweet when eaten but once processed in the body
becomes pungent. From a health aspect it would
not have the affect that sweet foods do. The
pharmacological effect of a meal can be altered
by adding or subtracting a spice or herb. The
Ayurvedic method of nutrition is ultimately to
observe the reactions that different foods have on
each patient.

Ayurvedic medicine is very effective in treating
metabolic, stress related, or chronic conditions
and for relieving the deleterious effects of surgery
and debilitating treatments such as chemotherapy.
Many Ayurvedic herbal preparations have
been clinically tested and documented as improving
a wide range of health conditions. A number
of studies have shown guggul (an extract from the
mukul myrrh tree) to lower cholesterol. For
example, in a study of 40 patients with high cholesterol,
the herb was shown to reduce in a 16-
week period, serum cholesterol levels by 21%,
triglycerides by 27%, a 35% rise of HDL cholesterol,
and a decrease in LDL levels.8 Guggul
properties have an anticoagulating effect on blood
platelets and prevent LDL cholesterol from oxidizing.
9 Other illnesses that have responded to
therapy in studies are metabolic and endocrine
gland dysfunctions, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal
diseases, mental disorders, inflammation
of the musculoskeletal system, and the
prevention of cancer.

I hope you have enjoyed what you have learned here and I will be sharing more on some of the natural healing herbs as we go and some of the foods that are not good for us as well.

God Bless,
Rebekah

Christmas Day and The Meaning of Christmas!!

Today I am blogging on Christmas day and the meaning of Christmas. This a wonderful time of the year. So many people forget the true meaning of Christmas. People think it is only about getting up in the morning and finding what Santa left under the tree and the hussel and bussel of getting to family for more presents and dinner that they forget we have a wonderful savoir who’s name is JESUS. It was 9 years ago when I moved to Texas and I had no family here and on Christmas I was as lost as to what I was to do because I really never looked at the entire meaning of Christmas. I for the first time woke up to no presents under the tree because we didn’t have the money so it opened my eyes to realize that the true meaning of Christmas is the one and only JESUS he is really why we should celebrate this season and keep him in are thoughts without him we would not have life. As for the last 8 years every year we have a nice dinner before us and we always invite JESUS and his plate is set before us as a special guest in our home. I am so thankful to be part of the Lord Jesus Christ.

What is the meaning of Christmas you ask well I am going to tell you in my closing here?

It is a festival celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ: a Christian festival marking the birth of Jesus Christ.
You can read the historic record of the birth of Christ can be found in Matthew 1:18-25 and Luke 2:1-20 or you can use the link to read a on it: http://www.christiananswers.net/christmas/home.html

With this said I would like to wish all my readers a Very Merry Christmas and be Blessed this New Year!!!

God Bless,
Rebekah

How I Have Been Making My Dream Come True!

Hi my name is Rebekah, I am 43 Years old. Just a little about me!! I have been an entrepreneur most of my adult life. I have been involved with many home based businesses and I am currently working with a great team of people at Zrii LLC. I am writing this blog because like most people who have problems losing weight will try anything from pills to weight loss programs. Well I am one of those people, I have always struggled with weight loss all my life trying different things I would lose weight and then gain it right back. So really I just gave up and decided that I was always going to be overweight and never be skinny again. One day I was online and was doing some networking not really looking for anything but I ran into someone and we got to talking about health issues and he started to tell me about a product he was using and how it had stopped his RLS and cured his Gout, I was shocked at what he was saying and thought that this has to be some really great stuff. So I took the time to research the product and see what it was all about and read a couple of his blogs. I liked what I read and decided to try this product myself. It took about 30 days to really see this stuff in action. I had noticed that I had more energy, I had lost my craving for sweets, soda and I didn’t need my coffee any more. So another month went by and I noticed my rings were spinning on my fingers and my clothing was getting to big for me. Not knowing this was going to work for weight management I was impressed. I have now been using this nutrional supplement drink for 8 months and the results are wonderful. I have lost 55 pounds, a lot of inches, 3 pants sizes and 3 shirt sizes. This all has happen because I have changed up my lifestyle added exercise and I am using the nutrional supplement daily. If you would like more information on this product feel free to visit the website below and add your information to read more about this great product.
http://www.yellowrosebiz.com/
http://www.yellowrsepro.com/

God Bless,
Rebekah
